This is a policy regulating how Hypocampus AB, corp. id. no 559072-5155 (hereinafter ”Hypocampus”) handles return and exchange of unwanted books purchased from Hypocampus.
When you use our services, which currently include inter alia hypocampus.se and ekocampus.se, these services are powered by Cortexio (hereinafter ”the service” or ”our service” ), which is owned by Hypocampus.
1. Accepted returns
Hypocampus is a Swedish company regulated by Swedish laws concerning online purchases.
1.1 Policies for returning a physical product
Not 100% satisfied with your recent Hypocampus purchase of a physical product? We are happy to accept returns and refund on items that are in original condition, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Returned items must not be used or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.

If the goods are damaged when delivered you can send them back for free and get a full refund.

If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.

If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item/s will be sent back to you.

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

Not 100% satisfied with your recent Hypocampus purchase of a digital product? We are happy to accept returns and refund on items within 7 days of receiving your order.
